What makes KXCO different from DocuSign?
KXCO uses ML-DSA-65 (NIST FIPS 204) post-quantum signatures. Every signature is cryptographically verifiable without trusting any server — including ours. Signatures can optionally be anchored on Armature L1 for permanent on-chain proof. DocuSign uses RSA/ECDSA, which will be broken by sufficiently powerful quantum computers.
Can I verify a KXCO signature without a KXCO account?
Yes. Anyone with the verification QR code or link can verify the signature by uploading the original document. No account required. Verification is pure cryptography — it does not depend on KXCO being operational.
Is KXCO legally binding?
KXCO signatures capture the signer's email address, IP address, device, and an explicit ESIGN Act consent. The signing process meets the requirements of the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (US) and is compatible with eIDAS (EU). Consult your legal counsel for jurisdiction-specific advice.
What happens to my documents if I cancel?
Signed documents are permanently verifiable via their QR code and verification link — this does not depend on your subscription status. Your signature envelopes can be downloaded at any time. Verification remains free forever.
